Sent Items messages in code problem and SlowSyncing of Entourage/Exchange

Hi Stuart,

I have read the threads you were involved in about this issue.

Now we have the following situation:

I use Exchange 2003, and various macs and pc's

Only in entourage the sent message by handheld devices (both IPhone as Windows Mobile devices) show as code, but not in outlook on the pc!
Message sent in Entourage and Outlook show normal in Entourage sent items.
So this indicates a bug in Entourage (was also present in Office for Mac 2004). Could you take out this bug since it makes Entourage more or less unuseable.

I do not want to upgrade to Exchange Server 2007 unless you offer it for free. I have no problems with 2003 and want to keep it.

So please take out this bug of Entourage asap.

Other issue:
Entourage syncs VERY slow, in comparison to Outlook. Also it used 4-5 megabytes data even if there is no new mail. I travel a lot and my operator Vodafone charges 6 USD per MB outside of Europe, this means that just checking if I have mail costs me 30 USD!! This is crazy. Therefore I have now to carry around 1. My Macbook Air, and 2. my Laptop PC because since Entourage is not working efficient, I need Outlook. Also the Air is too slow for parallels, so this is very tiresome.

Could you fix this problem too? Microsoft is already working for years on Entourage and it surprises me that it still does not work well (unless it is MS strategy ofcourse to demotivate users to use macs, but then at least let us know).

You're not speaking to Microsoft here. This newsgroup is a peer-to-peer
newsgroup where Entourage users help other Entourage users. You can send
feedback to Microsoft using the Help --> Send Feedback menu in any
Office application.
