Sent Items moved to a different folder

When I move sent items to a folder, the recipients' names are not displayed -
it shows a 'From' column rather than a 'To' column so as all the e-mails are
from myself it is difficult to identify a particular message.

That's because the default view of folders other than the sent items are for
RECEIVED items. You need to change the columns on that particular folder.

Change the view to "Sent To". You currently have it set to "Messages".
