sent items question

Is it normal for the "To" address in the sent items folder to have Single
quotes ( ' ) around it? It's Outlook 2000 SP3 and Exchange server 2000. Is
this just normal, or could it be a bug of some kind. The person's mail
works fine except he couldn't send to one person on AOL and he's paranoid
that a virus or something serious wrong is causing the single quotes to
appear.

Looking at my Sent Items folder, all emails that I have
sent outside my organization have the single (') quotes
around the name and/or address. Just make sure the user
isn't putting the single quotes when sending the email.
That of course would prevent the email from going
anywhere.
Hope that helps.
