Maybe in the wrong Group but here is the Q:
Exchange2003 sp2 clustered environment, with Outlook sp2 clients in Cache
mode. What happened with a few users is : they sent an email, that is being
received by the other (internal) clients, but looking at the actual original
email this is appearing as NOT being send, not in Sent Items, and the option
is that you can send it again. It also has the open envelope icon instead of
the normal received/sent one.
In OWA its the same and even in Outlook Non-cached mode it is an NON send
item.
Any ideas?
