Can i configure sent mails to go in to specific folder instead of staying in
the sent items folder??

Are you looking to move all of them or just certain ones? You can create a
rule that moves specific sent items to a different place.

Yes only specific mails need to be moved to folders not all??

In that case try setting up a rule in the Rules Wizard to do the job
