arrives to the reciepient in the correct format, but for the reply and

Yes, checked it, and I think the mail change to the plain text format while
it's going out from my PC not at sender or ISP.
The problem is that I can't see the pattern, as sometimes it change to Plain
text and someother time it stays the same...

If using Exchange as your mail server, are some of your recipients
inside your Exchange organization while others are outside of it, and is
that when there is a change between formats seen in your received
e-mails?

In Outlook's mail format options, what is selected for the format for
Internet recipients?

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps?
Especially disabling your virus scanner's integration with Outlook as often
that can mess up HTML messages as well.
Also see Vanguard's reply to check your configured message format for that
contact.
For details, it's the same option as described here;

Hi Roady,
I think I can see a pattern, when the mails are sent to internet user
(outside our Exchange) the mail doesn't lose formating, but while I'm
replying or forwarding the mails to insiders (at the same exchange
environment) formating get lost.
I also found out that, it's not actually converted to Plain Text, because
when I see the sent item Properties, I can see it's still HTML, but all fonts
specified has been replaced by Times New Roman font and all colours have been
reset to Black.
