This is an intermittant problem. When sending a message to a specific user,
the message appears to be sent and actually appears in the sent items folder.
The problem is that the message does not arrive in the recipients inbox in a
timely manner...delays of up to 2 hours occur. The client is Outlook 2003.
I have looked at the OPMLog and noticed that the Resource manager terminated.
My e-mail admins are pointing the finger at the users workstation and I
think it has something to do with the exchange server. This issue is
isolated to one user sending mail to a specific recipient. All other mail
sent by the user is delivered without problems. Our mail server is exchange
5.5 and the recipients server is exchange 2003. I do not know what other
info is needed...I am not an e-mail guru. Any tips/advice are greatly
appreciated.
