sent messages are not saved in the sent items folder

Hi!
With no special reson, and with everything configured the way it should be
my outlook 2002 just stopped saving the sent messages in my sent items
folder

any idea?

There is a setting for that. You might want to check it
just to be sure. Under Tools, Options, Preferences, Email
Options, there is a box that says "Save copies of messages
in Sent Items folder". Is that checked?

everything is configured the way it should be
meaninig: Options, Preferences, Email, Options
save mail is checked

any other idea?
