sent messages folder

A customer using outlook from office xp ( probably outlook 2000) with
internet mail, has problems as sent folder is not showing any sent items.
Any fix please?

Outlook in Office XP is Outlook 2002, not 2000. Perhaps you should speak
with your customer and find out which. I'm sure someone will be able to help
you but you really need to know which version.

The user must enable the option to save sent items in the sent items folder.
For Outlook 2003, this is under Tools->Options->Email Options.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Bert Levesque asked:
