I use Outlook with a hotmail account. I have Outlook set
to save sent messages to the "Sent Items" folder on my
machine, which is where I want them. The problem is that
each sent message is also copied to the "Sent Messages"
folder on the hotmail web page, and this eats into my
10Mb allotment, so I have to periodically login to
hotmail and manually delete them. If I were sending
directly from the hotmail web page, I would avoid the
problem by just not checking the "copy message to sent
folder" box in the composition page. Apparently Outlook
does something like checking this box automatically
whenever I send. Any way to avoid this, or maybe delete
the copy from the hotmail "Sent Messages" folder after
it's older than a certain limit?
