Separate logins but want to see all email

We have set up 2 logins but we have only one email address and both of us
want to be able to see all the emails when they arrive. We would then want
to file them separately. If this is possible, how do we do it. Thanks

You can set the acct to "leave mail on server" so that you both can see
email. Make sure you also set "remove after x days" so you don't clog the
server. You should set up separate email addresses.
