Separate Outlook contact file?

How can I construct a separate contact file for my wife's use to sync with
her PID?

I am familiar with outlook and my wife has a Sharp Electronic Organizer with
ability to sync with Outlook including a CD with necessary software. I do
not want my current outlook contact file on her PID, she does not want her
info in my Outlook contact file. How can I separate them?

All PDA's that sync with Outlook require Outlook's native information store
and could never use a separate file.

I would be delighted to do so. How do I do it? I cannot find anything in
the Help file that tells me how. And, once it is created how do I
differentiate between her "profile" and "mine"?

Mary

Profile are not created in Outlook. Create the profile in Control Panel,
Mail. Look up Profile in OL Help for more info.
