seperate Outlook setup

I am hiring a part time admin who will work from her home. How can she setup
Outlook to keep inbound and outbound mail and calendars seperate for my
company. Thanks

That might depend on the type of mail account used at your premises and the
version of Outlook.
Generally she might want to setup outlook and use two profiles, one for work
and one for home then all data would be completely seperate.

Yes, but not necessary. Different mail profiles will accomplish something
similar for the same Windows login.
