Someone installed office to their computer using my CD and serial number.
They did this without my permission. Is there any way I can unauthorize it so
that they can't use it?

No, excepting if you want to make an allegation of theft to the appropriate

You can call your local police department or file a civil suit against them.
It's called "theft".
