SERIOUS problem publishing website

I'm trying to publish my website.

It goes find until about 5 seconds left - then it hangs.

I get a cryptic message "Server error: <root web> is busy. Please try
again"

I have NO idea what this message means. I am stuck and don't know what to
do.

Can somebody help me with this?

It may be a server specific issue - check with your host.

Has this happened on every attempt? Have you successfully published on other
occasions?
