Serv Admin is unavailable.

I have checked with the sys admin ands he has enabled the extensions and can
manage privileges via FP but I cannot even though I have full permissions. Ho
do I fix this?

I misspelled what I was going for. "Server Administration" is what is should
have been. What I want to do is administer the server via FrontPage.

I finally found out how to do this. I have to enter the site url in the
"Site to Open" area on the "Open Site" window.
