I have recently upgraded from Project Server 2002 to Project Server
2003 and a discrepancy has just surfaced.
Total Slack seems to calculate correctly, however I don't have
visibility to the correct Late Finish Date. When I insert a Late
Finish column the dates presented are the same as the Finish dates.
This is wrong!
I still have my 2002 server and if I look at projects there the dates
show correctly. I am able to see the correct Late Finish date.
I have looked over my setup again and don't see anything out of order.
If it is in the setup perhaps someone could point out where.
Is anyone aware of why this is happening? Did Microsoft decide we
don't need to see the actual Late Finish?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
