Server 2007 Reporting

Has anyone ever seen the Reporting tab in server come back with this message
or error:

The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator:
/pwa/owcview.asp

I am the admin and did not block any files?

Hi Rob,

it appears that something ( firewall or internet explorer settings) block
the office web componets. I knoe that you are the admin, but you may need to
double check if there are some settings which block the owc.

The odd thing is that it was working fine. I can add the webpart to any
other tab and it works fine. Would a setting or permissions still be the
issue seems like it would be all or nothing if it were a permissions issue.

Well here is the odd thing.
Like I said I have added the webpart as part of the Projects Tab and it
works fine.
When I added it back to my Quick Launch it works on the left margin, but
doesn't work from the top links or tabs unless its inserted as a webpart.

Yes I did and nothing is there. I'm begining to think this is a bug as it
works in certain spots just not 100% of the time in the horizontial tabs in
PWA.
