Server Busy message when synchronizing with Palm M125

Whenever I try to sync my Palm 125 with Outlook 2007, the system will
periodically stop and require user intervention to click on either "Retry" or
"Switch to..." buttons even though nothing else needs to be done to continue
the synchronization. How can I extend the timeout to "indefinitely" so I
don't need to babysit this thing.

I am running the latest Chapura Pocket Mirror 4.3 and have contacted them
and they were no help.
