Things were fine but started to get errors like the one
in subject and also link bars have disappeared when
updated site on remote server

Save all of your local pages.
Shut down FrontPage.
Search for and delete all *.tmp
and *.web files.
Reopen FrontPage, reopen the web,
recalculate hyperlinks.
Publish.
