Server error: Cannot close file "service.cnf"

I just received this message when trying to publish. I have checked the site
and I am well below the size limits of my contract. I have a 500 mb site and
it is approximately 200 mb, including overhead.

What must I do to eliminate this message and be able to publish?

Check with your host. The server your site is on may be running out of
space.

Kathleen,

Thanks for the help. I took the info that you provided to my web host. He
found that his server was full due to a script which deletes log files not
functioning. Manually running the script opened up all the room that I
needed.
