Server Error Code : 42

I am having an issue while importing an existing .MPP file..

I am importing from the Tools menu - Map resource, map task, sork fine,
saves and finish the wizard, but as it saves/snychs with the server I get the
following error:
JobType: Save

Error ID: 42(0x2A)

Error Description: Project Server encounted a probmlem with the error code: 42

I have check that there are no summary tasks linked, no resources assigned
to summary tasks, and check that no summary tasks has 0 duration, 0 work, 0%
complete

I am stuck, and can not move forward
