Server Error: Front Page Security Violation

I have 3 websites that were all running fine. Now when I
go to publish, I get this window "Server Error: Front
Page Security Violation. I click on ok and I get the
Publish Destination window - the correct destination is in
that window, click on ok and then get the "Enter Network
Password Window" I enter the right user name and password,
click on ok and then get "a website does not exist at that
location with the pathname and do I want to create one".
Although it does exist I still click on yes and it takes
me back to the "Enter Network Password Window"

I am using Windows ME and Frontpage 2000. I connect with
a Lan network.

Please can anyone help me out here.
