Server Error: The Method " is not recognized

Just had this error (in the header) during "Publish Web" - Afterward I
visited the web and the changes I had made are there and okay.
What happened just previous to that was, I made changes in the top shared
border on the index page and saved it (long save for all the pages
involved). Then, offline, I did the preview in browser - looked fine. After
I returned to FP normal view I tried to close the index page. In Window
(menu) it did not indicate it needed to be saved, so I used the File, Save
function. It performed the long save as it does when all the pages are
involved, but I get another message to save the index page. I opened another
page (to unstick something?), had to perform a File, Save, and that page
closed. Returning to index page, performed the File, Save function and the
index page finally closed.

Does anyone know what the server error means?

What happens when you reopen your site and run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks and view your pages

Oh! I think that is a good idea. How long have I been doing this (grin)?
I'll try that and see if the "save" on the index page is still stuck.
