I've run into this error every time I try to open my webpage or it's backup.
I got a little farther in the backup but nothing loaded in the original. I
even tried FTP-ing all the files from the published site to no avail. I've
also unset the read only attribute on all files. What is this caused by?

Contact your host to run a server health check and permissions check
- (plus reinstall the FP SE if you FTP'd to the site)

This is on a stand alone desktop PC. This error happens locally. I've looked
for settings in FP that talk about a server with no luck. FP had been
reinstalled so I had thought that was the problem. I can start FP, when I
attempt to open the local web file I immediately get the hourglass, then much
later, the error message. If I hit OK same thing again. In the case of the
original file, nothing ever appears on the right side of the screen. BTY, I
get the same delay when I try to import into a new space.
