Server Error:

I recently tried to copy a web to CD for use on another
computer. When I open the web and click the index file I
get back an error message: "Server error. The server
extensions were unable to access file. C:\Windows\Web
name\_vti\service.lck" How can I transfer my large web
(2.8 meg) to another computer without this error message?

Thinking that was the problem I did that using a right
click on the files and properties. However, I was unable
to change the private folder and images folder from the
read only state. There is nothing in either of these
folders, can I delete them? Or can I open a new web with
private folder and images folder and import all other
files to the new web?
