Server Error

After reinstalling Front Page to a new hard drive, I receive this message
when I try to save a page.
Server error: The server extensions were unable to access the file "C:\My
Documents\My Webs\vti_pvt\service.lck." Please check the file permissions.
This file doesn't exist on my computer. Any ideas?
