Server error?

I keep getting this message while trying to publish
Server Error "The method" not recognized

Not sure if this has anything to go with it, but for some reason every time I publish fp03 publishes a bunch of pages that I never changed? This is starting to worry me

Also my "search this site" page stopped searching the entire site and will only find words on the search page
I have not changed this for close to 2 months!

I published just the search page and it now works fine.

But I still can't do a full publish?
