Server Extensions not working

J

JiffyFingers

My Host assures me that they are using the latest FP Server Extensions.
However, I am still unablle to complete a form on line and have the
information either sent to to a directory or sent to me via email. The
Extensions are even in my Web Site Directory.
[http://www.bceq.com/application3.htm] The first section returns the error
message that FP Server Extensions are required (already on the server and in
my directory) Is a specific directory/file required for the information to be
captured? Part 2 returns an empty email message (information is suppose to be
captured and sent)

I am using FP 2003

Thanks for your assistance

The server extensions are not properly installed, because clicking this link:
http://www.bceq.com/_vti_inf.html returns a "Page not found."
Also you shouldn't be able to "see" the extensions in your web site.

Then, for your second or bottom form you're sending the results to email addresses that are *not*
part of the bceq.com domain. This won't work unless you have created / enabled some custom server
side scripting.

Have your host install / reinstall the extensions and then republish your forms.

Also you "really" need to stop using the space bar to position items / elements on your pages, and
use the positioning options on the FrontPage toolbar. Your page is full of these: ;
which are space bar spaces.
They make your content shift around in different browsers, and also slow loading of your pages.

Seems that the Server Extensions has been corrupted and need to be
reinstalled.
