Server not available

I created a profile under control panal and mail. When I
start MS outlook I get this message.
"No profiles have been created. To create a new profile,
use the mail icon in the control panal". When I click ok
I get this message. "Cannot start microsoft outlook.
Unable to open the outlook window. The server is not
available. Contact your administrator if this condition
persist". This is a home computer and there is no
firewall.

Have you configured a valid account already? Contact your ISP for server
details and then configure it in Control Panel-> Mail
