Server sizing:20+ Project Managers, 150+ Web access users for Timesheeting, 1000+ Projects

We are trying to size our hardware based on:

20+ Project Managers
150+ Web access users for Timesheeting (all entering on Friday afternoon)
1000+ Projects

Anyone with a similar environment? If so I would love to know more.
