Serverside rules do not execute automatically

Hi

I am using Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2000.
With Outlook 2000 my server-side rules worked fine (e.g. move incoming mails
with sender xy to a folder).

In Outlook 2003 the same rules do not execute automatically. I need to run
them manually. Is there a way to have them execute automatically again?

Notes:
- The rules are server-side rules
- The rules are enabled
- I have only one mailbox
- There are no except clauses in the rules
- There are no rules that stop further processing of the rules
