Using MSProject2003Ent

Does MSProject (2003 and or 2007) utilize Service-oriented architecture
(SOA)? If so what would the catch phrase be when customer asks if we use
(SOA)?

2007 exposes all business objects through web services which provides great
integration capabilities. I've not seen any marketing blurb that touts this
as SOA.
