the installation of service pack 2 on my windows xp.
Could you pls. tell me how I can check if I have it installed? would it not
say service pack 2?
My computer is running very slow even though I have high speed.
Please help.

If you right-click on MY COMPUTER and select PROPERTIES, you should see on
the very first tab:

System:
Microsoft Windows XP
Whatever Edition (Home or Pro)
Version 2002 (or whatever you have)
Service Pack 2

thank you so much, Bob. Yesssssss, why didn't I think of that? probably
because I had never even thought that it indicate the SP 2. I always found it
in the Add and Remove but it does not seem to be there. Maybe it is
integrated? I want through all the updates, but cannot locate the actual
Service Pack 2. However, like you said, it is apparently there when I look
into the properties on My Computer.
Thank you kindly
Sabina.

Hello Arvin and thank you for your help. Yes, it shows that I have SP 2 on
it. But like my other post indicates, I can't seem to find it in the updates.
Maybe it was already installed on it when I bought it.
Thank you very much for your help,
Sabina.
