Do you have the Certificate of Authenticity and the Product Key for Windows
XP? If so, contact Microsoft Product Support Services with this
information. Tech support is free for Windows XP SP-2.

If not, go back to where you purchased the computer and get these two items.
I suggest that you ask any further questions about your operating system in
the Windows News Group, since this News Group is dedicated to issues dealing
with Microsoft Access, the database application which is a component of the
Microsoft Office productivity suite.

If you just purchased the computer, it may have SP2 on it already. Could
that be why you can't download it? Right click My Computer and choose
Properties. On the General tab under System it should give the SP level.

For more questions, try one of the Windows XP newsgroups. This group is for
the Access Database program.
