After updating a windows XP machine with Office 2000 service pack 3 unable to
open email attachments. When I go back to service pack 2 everything is fine.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I would preper to put SP3 back
on the computer but the user gets attachments everyday.

What exactly happens? What messages, if any, do you see?
