Service Pack Updates

I just reinstalled Office SBE 2003 and I want to update service pack 3.
Do I have to update to previous service pack before installing service pack 3?

You shouldn't have to download the older service packs. If unsure read the
details here
This service pack also includes updates previously released for Office 2003:
