Service Pack Version 2 Problems

We have several computers in the business - slowly updating to Service Pack
Version 2. Each time we experience new problems. We are experience problems
with Activant Software and also Bonquote Program which converts a PO into a
PDF Format and emails as an attachment. Our vendor is not able to open these
PO's since we are on Service Pack Version 2. Is there a solution to this
problem?

can you open the converted pdf files??? can you open the attachment from
the copy of the message in the sent items folder?? what error does the
vendor get?

Who knows? Ask the vendors of the products you're using.
