Service Pack3

I have Office XP Professional 2002. Updates keep downloading SP3 but it wont
install. Would anyone have any advice.

One of the following will help:
1- Remove the SP2 and SP1 and then install SP3.
If not successfull go to next step
2- Uninstall the Office and its SPs. Then reinstall it (fresh install). Then
fo to MS update and let it to be updated.
