service pak 3 problems downloading

I go through windows update click on the xpress button tells me high priority
update windows 2002/xp office xp service pak 3 initializes starts to dowload
then a message comes up microsoft office xp professional with front page disc
or cs click ok I don't have a cd or disk what do I do?

How did you install Office in the 1st place. Do you have the Office install key . Checked it yet with Belarc advisor???
