Set background sound on page enter

How do you set Front Page 2002 to use a background sound?
I just upgraded from FP 98 and the help file is not
working right.

Choose Properties from the Page menu, make sure the
General tab is selected, and look in the Background Sound
section.

Realizing, of course, that most Web visitors hate
background sounds.
