Set default font for incoming HTML messages?

Hi,

Version: Microsoft Outlook 2003

I was able to successfully change the font for all incoming mail via
Tools - Options - Format

However, this seems to only apply to Rich-Text or Plain-Text
HTML emails are still arriving with whatever font the sender selected.
This makes it harder for me to read since the font size is quite small.

Is there any way to have my choice of font applied to all incoming HTML
messages, not just Rich or Plain text?
