set folders can not be opened. store not configured

I get this message when i try to access my accounts in business contant
manager.... what do i do

Try creating a new mail profile, and in the BCM first use wizard
select your existing database. If it doesn't show your database as
available, then that's the reason the store's not configured; it can
find the database.
