set font to 16 default . font size still small

I set my font to default 16, font does not apear to be right size, ie; still
to small even if i set font to max it's still to small, how do i change it
back to factory setting?
so my font size is 16 and on the screen it lloks like font size 8

First, verify that the zoom level is what you want: Use the Zoom box
on the Standard toolbar or you can click Zoom on the View menu.

You can restore factory defaults by renaming the normal template. For
