Set label report to print one label per record

I am trying to set up Nick Hutnicks suggestion for printing labels. He
says to make sure you set up the label report to print one label per
record.

I don't see any settings for this. Could someone tell me how to
accomplish this?

Randy,
Labels with one person and one address on each label are... "one label
per record."
There may be 20 labels on a page, but each label represents one
individual record.
If you have 100 addresses, and your query delivers 100 addresses, and you
get 100 labels on the report... that's all there is to it.
