Set startday of a recurrence appointment to monday

I have a problem with a appointment thats is 1 week long and recurd every 6
week.
I want to start at monday and stop at sunday.
It seems ok in outlook, but when I go into the appointment it says it occurs
every 6 weeks on sunday, monday ..........
This is a problem when i syncronize my Outlook with Sony Ericsson T630
mobilephone using XTNDConnect PC.
I'm using norwegian language.
