Set up 2 automatic reminders base on user defined start date

If I input a start date in a user defined field can I have it automatically
send a 10 day and 22 day reminder to me. Those are the days a report is due
to new customer type one. Customer type two requires a 10 day reminder and a
30 day reminder.
