Set up a purchase invoice in access 2007

Hi, How to set up a purchase invoice in access 2007?
I already create Queries (Date, Customer Name, purchase item, quantity, unit
price, amount (quantity x unit price), tax, freight, total). My question is
the customer may buy one or more items in one invoice, what shall I do in
this case?
How to set up a form that I can input a few items in one invoice?

I would suggest you look at some of the templates provided by MS that will
give you a starting point for creating invoices.
