set up a shift schedule in outlook

How can you set up a rotaing shift schedule in Outlook? The calendar options
favors a repeating weekly cycle, but I need to input a schedule that includes
switches from nights to days where each week pattern is different, but forms
part of a rotating 5 week cycle.

I'll set it up tomorrow. Is there some way to automate this process? There
are ~ 100 operators that would need to do this at my work place.

If everyone is on the same schedule, you could make the 5 and send copies by
email to the others, but its really not that difficult and a good outlook
skill to know.
