Set-up Gmail through MSOutlook

Sir,
I have done set-up my gmail to MSOutlook to receive and send. But Once I
send I could see that Outlook not working. I am not receiving any mail
through MS Outlook. What is the problem?

Follow their web help pages on configuring BOTH your server-side
settings in your Gmail account and how to define the e-mail account in
Outlook. My guess is that you didn't enable the server-side POP
function.
